ABOUT US
Meet Jigar Kothari, the founder of Blue Escapes. During a gap year from Princeton University in 2014, Jigar fell in love with scuba diving, dedicating the next eight years to becoming a seasoned dive master. Witnessing the degradation of marine life in Zanzibar, he was inspired to create Blue Escapes. In 2019, he discovered the pristine underwater world of Mafia, sparking the idea for exceptional liveaboard experiences. With a clear mission formed during his MBA at the University of Oxford, Blue Escapes was born.
